The biggest loser weight loss program isn’t as bad as it sounds. The fact that you are searching for it probably means you already know what it is. But if you don’t, then let me explain.

There is a TV program entitled “The Biggest Loser”. Every week a family or individual with weight problems challenges another family or individual to see who can lose the most weight. The contestants are giving the help of a personal trainer usually for a month. The show monitors their progress, challenges, and successes as they work towards their weight loss goals. At the end of the show, the contestants are weight in. The person or family with the higest total amount of weight lost is deemed “The Biggest Loser”.
