Frequently Asked Questions
1. How many calls can I schedule?
You can schedule up to five calls per e-mail address. One phone number can receive up to five calls.
2. What is the cost associated with a call?
There is no cost to register for a call, however, if the call is sent to a mobile phone, standard mobile phone charges may apply.
3. What if I want to change the time of a call or cancel the call all together?
Upon completing the verification process, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to change or cancel your call.
4. When should I receive my confirmation email?
If you do not receive your email within 30 minutes, please check your junk mail or spam folder. Although our email is not spam, email providers sometimes filter messages from unknown addresses into your junk mail or spam inbox. If you do not receive your email confirmation within 24hours, please contact us.
5. Can I program my spam or junk mail filter to allow the confirmation email?
Please contact your email provider for information regarding your email settings.
6. Will my call come at the exact time requested?
As our program is designed to send numerous calls simultaneously, your actual call time could be delayed depending on call volume at your selected time. In the event where call volume is extremely heavy, we anticipate your call to be delayed only by a few minutes.
7. What if my line is busy or no one answers the call?
Your call will be processed at the designated time, as indicated in your email confirmation. If the call cannot be processed due to a busy signal or no answer, we will attempt to place the call 3 more times: five, ten and fifteen minutes after the original call time.
8. Why are you collecting my email information?
We will only use your email address to send a verification email, a confirmation email and to honor the five-phone-call-per-phone line policy.
9. How will any personal information I provide about myself, my child or my friends be used?
All personal information will be used exclusively for the purposes of scheduling your child’s wake-up call and will be destroyed upon completion of the wake-up call program.
10. Will the recipient’s (child’s) personal information be protected?
In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA) we will not share a child’s personal information with anyone. See complete privacy policy for details.
11. Who can I contact for more information?
Please check out our Frequently Asked Questions for more information. If you don’t see your specific question, please contact us.
12. How do I stop receiving confirmation emails when I didn’t register a call?
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience. Be assured you should only be receiving an email from us if you registered a phone call. In the event that you are receiving an email in error, please send us your email address and your phone number so we can completely block you from receiving future emails or calls.
