Wal-Mart will not sell, rent or release Disclosing Party information to any third party, except: (a) as authorized by the Disclosing Party; (b) in connection with a permitted assignment of this promotion or (c) as required by applicable law. Wal-Mart agrees to take all commercially reasonable measures to protect the privacy and avoid disclosure and unauthorized use of Confidential Information. All Confidential Information, including Personally Identifiable Information (PII) shall at all times remain the personal property of the Disclosing Party and all documents, electronic media and other tangible items containing or relating to any Confidential Information shall be delivered to the Disclosing Party immediately upon request by the Disclosing Party. For the purposes of this promotion, PII means individually identifiable information such as first and last name, home address, e-mail address, social security number, telephone number. Wal-Mart reserves the right to verify PII provided by the entrant, including age verification.
Parent or legal guardian sending the call must be 18 or older to enter student for wake-up call. Status and age verification must be provided upon request.
